These terms govern your use of lemein.co and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
This store is operated by LEMEIN CORP., a New York corporation. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to LEMEIN CORP. You can reach us at hello@lemein.co or +1 929-405-9179, and we will provide a postal address on request.
Ordering
Every LEMEIN piece is made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms when we send your order confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price, where a product is no longer available from our production partner, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Because pieces are cut when you order, we cannot change or cancel an order once production has begun. Production starts within 2 to 5 business days. Contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong and we will help where we still can.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Any taxes we are required to collect are shown at checkout.
Shipping, duties and delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Orders shipped outside the country of production may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.
Returns
Our Refund policy forms part of these terms and sets out how returns work, including the 30-day window and the return postage we cover.
Products and colour
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Garments are made to order and dyed and washed in batches, so colour, wash and measurements may vary slightly between pieces. Your screen may also render colour differently. Such variation is a property of the product and is not a fault.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may suspend or refuse service for any of these.
Intellectual property
The LEMEIN name and marks, our designs, product photography, text and site content belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in our designs or marks.
Content you send us
If you send us reviews, photographs, ideas or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to grant that licence. We are not obliged to keep any content you send us confidential or to pay for it.
Third-party links and services
Our site links to and relies on third-party services, including payment providers and our production partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Termination and severability
We may end or suspend your access to the site at any time for breach of these terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
